david’s shape of butt december 2016

I am trying to exercise in ways that might improve the shape of my butt.  I do not know if I am making much progress.  At the gym, I can and do squat with the barbell and no additional weights.  I also do weighted bridges and what I think are called hip thrusts.  I do the bridges and hip thrusts with about 50 pounds extra weight in the hips.  Here are some photos taken today.  Perhaps I will find some from a previous month.

In the very first of these photos, if we measure using the lower part of the butt, then my waist to hips is at 79%.  If we use the top of the hips, then we are at 88%.
