I am human, limited and fallible.
However, we have the SPD report of officer T Burns using pepper spray on May 1, 2013 on persons on the sidewalk, some of whom were doing photography. Burns explanation of his conduct is that he was creating a margin of safety for all concerned and his use of spray is and was found justified/proper/legal/reasonable.
From my limited and human and fallible point of view, it now appears, in light of the conduct of Burns and the finding it is justified, that Hay, Keller, Holmes and company believe in interpreting and applying the law one way to people and for people who are not officers and another way, a more lenient way, to those who are officers.
Maybe I am wrong, but in my perspective, that is how it seems.
The Bible says to not have 2 sets of weights you use.
Deuteronomy 25:13 “You shall not have in your bag differing weights, a large and a small.”
If any of you wish, pray that God show Hay, Keller, Holmes and company the right way!
