I walked at Greenlake today, two circuits. This was walk 20 and circuits 37 and 38.
There were several interesting interactions. Near the beginning there was a mom and a younger kid on some sort of foot scooter or something. The young lady said to the mom, “What does that say?” and the mom said, “Free hugs.”
It was interesting the young lady would ask that, but it has happened before with young kids in some situations–they wish to know what the sign says and they are not asking about my attire! How funny!
A short time later, there was a woman of perhaps 20s. She saw me and the sign and said, “I like that,” but I don’t know if she was referring to me or the sign!
Someone wrote in chalk about 911 and others wrote in chalk “I love you” and “You are beautiful.” During the walk I had been praying–asking God–on the topic of God loving all people or just some people, and so it was funny to have the “I love you” written in chalk show up while I was praying on that topic.
Here are some of the photos!
